Umbricelli al Sagrantino

Preparation:

Fry oil and onion. Chop the bacon and onion Mix it. Add the Sagrantino. Let the sauce reduce by about half. finally add the cream until the desired density. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water, once drained skip it on the prepared sauce.
