Ricetta Gnocchi di patate al Sagrantino


Evaporate the ‘alcohol from the wine for about 1 hour. Fry the onion, the bacon with the thyme. When everything is well cooked add the fried reduction of Sagrantino. Cook the gnocchi in boiling water, drain them when they come to the surface, cook them in a pan and add the Gorgonzola.
