Cooking time of pasta:
– 400 grams of pasta
– 30g of ginger
– 1 garlic
– 1 slice of lime
– 400g of prawns
– 4 teaspoons of pesto alla Genovese D.o.P.
– 2 avocados
open in two parts avocado and remove the pulp with a spoon add salt and a ² of cooking water cold.
Cook garlic and ginger with a slice of lime, then add the prawns to send and cook to perfection.
Cook the pasta, garnish like a lasagna with a layer of pasta, a layer of avocado and shrimp stuffing as creating 3 layers. put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Place on the plate and garnish with pesto as photos.
